谭旭实验室致力于运用先进的高通量筛选方法进行抗病毒药物疫苗开发研究,同时运用功能基因组学大规模遗传筛选的方法以及全蛋白组质谱的手段来系统的研究人类抗病毒免疫的机制。
实验室对基于RNA的药物和疫苗开发,蛋白降解类小分子药物(PROTAC和分子胶水)开发也非常有兴趣。
实验室前期研究针对新冠病毒,艾滋病毒,乙肝病毒和寨卡病毒等发现多种新型抗病毒药物靶点和候选药物分子。
运用人类全基因组过表达文库 (ORFeome)筛选重要病毒的宿主因子,从中发现新型抗病毒药物靶点。
运用高通量药物筛选方法在细胞模型上筛选抗病毒药物小分子并进行其作用机制研究。
运用新型细胞免疫表位发现方法(TScan)进行抗病毒和抗肿瘤的细胞免疫表位的系统发现及后续mRNA疫苗的开发。
