孙少聪实验室长期致力于肿瘤免疫、自身免疫和炎症反应的研究,重点关注T细胞的功能及其调控机制,包括T细胞耐受、活化、效应功能、耗竭以及肿瘤微环境对T细胞功能的影响。实验室坚持基础研究与临床应用相结合的研究理念,致力于为免疫治疗的发展提供创新思路。主要研究方向包括:1. 探究TNFR-NIK轴调控T细胞功能的分子机制,并开展相关药物靶点的研发;2. 利用体内全基因组CRISPR/Cas9筛选结合基因敲除小鼠模型,鉴定T细胞抗癌功能的新调节因子及癌症免疫治疗新靶点;3. 应用单细胞多组学与生物信息学手段,解析疾病状态下T细胞亚群的动态演变;4. 借助小鼠模型,开发增强CAR-T细胞疗法抗肿瘤效果的新靶点与联合治疗策略。
